TSPRA Membership Release

, do hereby release the Texas Senior Pro Rodeo Association
(TSPRA), the officers and directors, the producers and other
persons, corporation, and organizations, in any manner assisting in
the sponsorship and production of a TSPRA rodeo from any and all
liabilities for injuries occurring to myself while participating in
any such rodeo. I execute the consent and release agreement
with full knowledge of the risk inherent in participating in such
rodeos and admit the risks are voluntarily assumed by myself.
